Benjamin has spent more than 20 years in the area of accounting. Ben is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree summa cum laude in Accounting. He received his MBA from the same in 2007. Ben is also an Adjunct Professor at Johnson and Wales, helping students develop their skills in finance, managerial accounting, and cost accounting. Ben also participates in an Alumni Leaders program where he presents to and interacts with students.
Ben was in the manufacturing industry for approximately nine years before becoming Controller for a construction company. After ten years in construction, Ben joined American Labor in 2016. With his knowledge of planning, budgeting, and strategic development, Ben’s role is to help meet the financial demands of a growing business. Ben lives in Cranston with his wife and daughter.
Office / Account Manager
Leydiana brings more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She has an extensive background in on-site recruitment, customer service and operational management. As manager of the Providence branch of American Labor, Leydiana creates staffing solutions for our Rhode Island clients and oversees daily office operations and recruitment.
Leydiana is currently working on earning her bachelors degree in business management from Bryant University.
